The RSA is an orginal Georgian Grade 1 listed house, and offers outstanding conference, wedding and banqueting facilities in a highly unusual and distinctive setting. Located in the heart of London, just behind the Strand, the house was designed especially for the Society by Robert Adam in the early 1770s. Today the Georgian facade conceals many unexpected delights of both contemporary as well as traditional architecture. Including boardrooms, theatres and subterranean vaults‚ it is a unique place to meet in the heart of London. The RSA House is also licensed to hold civil weddings. Whether you seek the inspiring grandeur of the Great Room or the intimacy of a candlelit ceremony in the Vaults, The RSA can offer a truely memorable setting to reflect your mood. Should you choose to marry elsewhere, you can hold your reception at the house.
Primarily suited for the smaller wedding, and a great winter venue, the RSA is a fantastic setting for wedding photography. The RSA is another one of my favourite indoor wedding venues for photographing. I have two complete portolio's of recent weddings I photographed at the RSA, which show the optimum photographic potential of this amazing venue.
