Wedding Photography Prices

Good photographic memories are timeless and priceless, and we believe we provide excellent service value. However, the current financial crisis in our economy has created much anxiety and uncertainty, affecting all of us. In response to this, we are holding our 2010 photography prices for 2011.

We provide flexible photography services tailored to suit your particular requirements. Photography prices vary according to the extent of coverage required for your day and your desired end product. There are no hidden charges; everything is transparent.

When photographing your event we work with high end digital slr cameras. Unlike many photographers, we supply all your photographs as high quality resolution jpeg files, unconstrained in size, on a DVD. Therefore, if you prefer to do so, you can source your own prints and albums. Alternatively, we can provide photographic prints and a range of modern and traditional styles of albums. An unlimited sequence of informal/ reportage, creative photographs and group compositions will be produced, taking account of your preferred styles.

Wedding Attendance:

Cover commencing approximately ½ hour before the ceremony, to facilitate fun photo’s of the groom and best man etc and the arrival of the bride, the ceremony, post ceremony group photo’s including informal photo’s and, portraits of the bride and groom. A ‘set up’ photograph of the cutting of the cake, including some informal photo’s of seated guests…..(typically up to 3 hours coverage). You can expect approximately 225-250 images

If you require photographic coverage of brides preparation/ photograph’s at home (you can expect approximately 25 additional images)

Photo Albums:

Copies of your photographs may be purchased in various sizes. We can also supply you with Prints only packages at discounted rates. Please contact us.

Additional Information:

Registry Office Ceremonies
Depending upon availability, the day of your event, and duration of attendance being sought, we are able to provide services starting from £395. Please contact us for further information.

Framing
We can supply your photographs in stylish and modern frames and mounts (particularly suitable for enlargements or multiple print/collages).

Videos
Although we do not provide video services, we are able to advise you of important considerations to make here, and to personally recommend 2 accomplished cameramen.

Turn Around
We usually have all your CD first Edition prints ready 3 weeks after your wedding. Quicker turn-around available upon request, though, this may incur additional charge.

Photo albums are produced within 6-8 weeks of orders being tendered.
Photo reprint turnaround is approximately 3 weeks

Delivery
Clients are required to collect finished photo albums, or pay £20 to cover post and packaging via Special Delivery.

£5 for delivery of reprints orders.

Insurance
This is mutually beneficial for both parties. We are comprehensively insured both for public indemnity and public liability. A Certificate to evidence this is available upon request.Depending upon the date of an event, Paul Martin Photography reserves the right not to offer the basic package services. The months April through to end of October are generally regarded as ‘high season’, during which time our services are in greatest demand. Bookings are secured by your telephoning first to confirm interest to proceed, and then payment of a deposit of £ 250, returned along with completed booking form (within 5 days of statement of intent). We regret that we are unable to hold bookings any longer on a ‘provisional basis’. Should you have any queries, and or wish to discuss your particular requirements for coverage of your event, then please contact us.
